Since our founding, GII has opened offices in Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Brussels, and the United States to expand our reach and provide continuous 24 hour service around the globe. The Infoshop carries primarily market research reports. Produced by our content provider partners, these reports cover all industries from Biometreics to organic food, fragrances to WiMax. Industry specific and incorporating the latest information, each report makes an effective tool for business planning and strategic analysis.
Annual Information Services
Annual Information Services are service contracts and help keep our clients up-to-date with the information they need to make informed decisions regarding changing markets and industry trends on a regular basis. Typically including in-depth market research reports, monthly bulletins, relevant news updates, and market forecasts, Annual Information Services also incorporate direct analyst consulting time.
Newsletters
A wide range of available professional newsletters provide our customers with timely updates on new issues, revisions, and proven publications in their targeted areas of interest.
Custom Research
When existing market research studies, annual information services, or newsletters cannot fulfill a customer’s needs, The Infoshop will process any supplied information and contact all appropriate research analysts. Once an analyst is chosen, we will serve as a go-between for the customer and analyst, ensuring the client receives the information they need in the time frame required.

With offices in Japan, the United States, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Brussels, GII/The Infoshop is able to service any customer’s needs 24 hours a day real time, by a member of our staff. No matter where you are or what time of day it is, a GII office is open and ready to receive your call or email.
Multilingual Service
For ease of communication, our staff speaks many different languages, including English, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, French, German, Spanish and Dutch. For our large Asian client base, GII translates brochures, websites and other marketing materials into Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified and traditional).
Customer Service
The Infoshop prides itself on its customer care philosophy. Before the customer places an order, a representative is available to hold a question and answer session to ensure that the report will suit the customer's specific needs. We then personally contact all of our customers after the order has been processed in order to confirm receipt, assess satisfaction, and answer any additional questions the customer might have.
Inquiry Response
The Infoshop is open to receive customer questions 24 hours a day, every day, regarding specific research needs. We provide same day responses, giving the customer immediate recommendations, report abstracts, executive summaries, or sample pages of relevant reports that would fulfill their needs.
Standard Pricing
The Infoshop sells its' publications at the content provider’s stated list price in dollars, yen, Won, NT$: Euro invoices are available upon request. The Infoshop guarantees the customer will never pay more by purchasing through us.
Latest Publications
As new reports are published, The Infoshop alerts it clients via e-mail to ensure they are always aware of the latest information available, as well as send direct mail catalogs and announcements. We also post the latest publications available on our What’s New page, and our individual category pages, found on our Site Map.
