All attendees, including speakers, chairs and invited guests must register online. Registration on-site is not available.
Those interested in attending both the Social Event and the Scientific Conference, please proceed to register for the whole Conference.
Accompanying persons who would like to attend the Public Forum and Welcome Reception will be charged reasonably.
Cancellations policy
Cancellations of registration can only be fully refunded if the cancellation is made on or before March 1, 2009. All refunds after this date up to June 1, 2009 are subject to 30% administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after June 1, 2009 will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place. Please inform the Congress Secretariat if you wish to make such a change. Deadline for Hotel cancellation: August 1, 2009 (for the participants who have registered package B, the hotel fee will not be refunded). All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing via Fax.
