Conference sessions will take place at both The Seaport Hotel and World Trade Center Boston which are connected by walkways. Parking is available at various surface lots throughout the area as well as at The Seaport Hotel parking garage. All parking lots operate on a first come, first served basis. Also, the "Silver Line Waterfront" public transport system stops at the World Trade Center.

Discounted Hotel Reservations Information

IBC has allocated a block of rooms at the Seaport Hotel and Hilton Boston Logan Airport. Please make your reservation as soon as possible as rooms tend to fill up quickly and the discounted rates will not be available after the published date. All rates are subject to appropriate taxes. IBC Life Sciences has secured a block of discounted sleeping rooms at the Seaport Hotel. Be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible as rooms tend to fill up very quickly. Please identify yourself as an IBC Drug Discovery and Development of Innovative Therapeutics participant to qualify for the reduced rate. Discounted rates will be honored through July 2, 2008.

1. A first and last night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
2. Reservations received after July 2, 2008 are subject to prevailing rack rates.
3. Company room blocks will not be held without individual names attached to each reservation.
4. Cancellations and changes to a reservation will be accepted without further financial responsibility up until July 21, 2008. Your credit card is subject to being charged for your full reservation if cancellation or changes to a reservation are received after the July 21, 2008 cut off date.
