In his current assignment, Mr Bali is responsible for driving the corporate strategy, value growth and expansion of the Wockhardt Hospitals chain across geographical locations in India and strengthening the International presence of the group hospitals.

Stuart D Rowley is currently the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Prince Court Medical Centre Sdn Bhd, a new 300 bed specialist medical centre located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

He is still actively involved in the Australian Healthcare Services, Accreditation Standards and Management. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Consultant and Surveyor with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS). Stuart is also a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Services Executives where he has held most executive positions within the Victorian State Branch and also served twice on the National Council. He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management;

A leading US medical oncologist, Dr. Steven Tucker is Medical Director for The West Clinic Singapore. Dr Phua Kai Hong holds appointment at the School of Public Policy. He teaches health policy, health care management and health economics in the various graduate programs in public policy, public health and business administration.

Dr Phua has produced over 100 publications and papers in the field of health care management and related areas including the history of health services, health and population ageing, health economics and financing. He has contributed many international publications on comparative health policy, especially organizational and financing systems, and health sector reforms in the Asia-Pacific region.

Dato’ Dr Jacob Thomas, a medical doctor, is a Board Member of the Association of Private Hospitals of Malaysia. He has served the Board since 1997, and was its Honorary Secretary from 1999 to 2004.

Dato’ Dr Jacob Thomas has vast experience in hospital management, after serving in various capacities at Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) since 1985 and finally the Executive Director/CEO of SJMC from 1998 till 2006. He is currently the Group Medical Advisor of SJMC and the Sime Darby Group. Subang Jaya Medical Centre is reputed for its quality and service excellence, having achieved numerous national and international certifications and awards which include the Prime Minister Quality Award in 1998 and 2003, and the inaugural International Asia Pacific Quality Award in 2000.

Rob Leonardi is chief executive officer for the Asia Region of UnitedHealth International.
