Özcan Ermiş

Özcan Ermiş was born in Turkey in 1970. BA Mechanical Engineering, MBA. Started his career in marketing in 1992 in automobile
business, in 1995 shifted to telecommunications. Worked for Rumeli Telekom, Telsim (Marketing Director since 2003), Vodafone
Turkey (Sales & Marketing Director since 2004). Since 2006 works in Ukraine as Individual Sales and Marketing Director of the
third national mobile services operator life:). At life:) Mr. Ermiş managed to reach remarkable growth of subscriber base and
is responsible for ARPU growth and profitability enhancement. Özcan Ermiş is a member of GSMA – Strategies and Marketing
Group, Turkish Association of Mechanical Engineers, Association of Alumni of Bosphorus University.

Mr.Helbich began his career in the telecommunication sector related with business activities in Eastern European and CIS
countries more than seventeen years.
He developed his profile in the area of Telecommunication Test Equipment holding a position of Sales Manager for Eastern
European countries. Later, he joined a European telecommunication infrastructure supplier and was in charge of Sales and
Project Management in various European and CIS countries. During this period, he actively participated in establishment and
development of telecommunication infrastructure of countries such as Azerbaijan, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Ukraine,
Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirgizia, Tajikistan, Belorussia, and Turkmenistan. Mr. Helbich held the position of Deputy General
Director and Chief Operating Officer in Azerfon LLC prior to his new appointment.

Symbian Software in London as Strategic Partner Program Manager. Prior to Symbian, he worked in mobile and interactive media
focused technology start-ups such as Anthropics Technology and 12snap in London, UK.

Ian Mullins is the CEO of Yamgo Ltd, a TV to mobile technology provider and mobile TV publisher. Ian has
over eight years experience in the mobile industry and is heading Yamgo’s development team to create a global mobile TV
network enabling companies to deliver live TV and video on demand to consumers and providing marketers with targeted channel
sponsorship and pre-roll mobile TV advertising spots. Prior to Yamgo Ian was a Director for www.thegamesarcade.com, a mobile
games retailer where he developed a games portal delivering over 1000 games in 40 countries. Ian began his career as an
Investment Analyst for Talisman House in London before moving into IT strategy consultancy for Engage Energy in Calgary,
Canada and then Morse Plc in London focusing on mobile technology solutions. Ian holds an MSc in IT and Data Communications
and a BSc in Business and Finance. Ian is passionate about mobile entertainment and is an extreme air sports athlete,
enjoying Paragliding, Skydiving, BASE Jumping and Parajumping.

Roberto Nardini, born in Milano in 1961, after 10 years in the chemical
industry, developed an IT company active in the supplier chain
integration in the mid 90's. He was General Manager of one of the
largest experiences of interactive television in Europe with more than
300,000 customers. In Eutelia, Italian international TLC and IT
operator, manages all the International projects and today we are
represented in Italy, Poland, UK, Romania, Ukraina, Estonia,
Tanzania, Liberia. Mobyland, a subsidiary of Eutelia, is a new Polish mobile network operator that
will launch his services end of 2008.

In 1999, Romi set up totalbrand, a mobile strategy, product development and UE consultancy that combines expertise in
developing digital brand personality, multi-channel digital services, lifestyle-oriented products, and advanced technology
prototypes. In ’99 he worked with Orange at a strategic level he helped deliver their ambitious "Orange World" multi-channel
lifestyle services project and in 2002 also worked with Vodafone to help design and deliver the “Vodafone live!” service.
Romi was also the founder of Savvy Mobile, a UK based provider of innovative and compelling media content for mobile devices,
specialising in unique areas such as Bollywood, South Asian and Glamour content.

Khaled Rifai is a group CTO at Vtel Holdings responsible for technical strategy
and startup operations. Prior to joining Vtel, Khaled was the director of Market
Development and Engineering for Motorola for the MEA region.
Khaled has also held various positions in the areas of Telecommunication and
Network Engineering with several companies including Lucent Technologies,
Ascend Communications, Cisco Systems and EDS. He has a B.S.EE and M.S.EE in Communications Engineering. His interests
include Next Generation Networks and Broadband Technologies.
Sergiu Sîtnic

Mr. Sergiu Sitnic, was appointed Director of the National Regulatory Agency in Electronic Communications of the Republic of
Moldova (ANRCETI) in April 2008. Born on 20 October 1965, Mr. Sergiu Sitnic holds a Degree in Mathematics and Cybernetics from the State University of Moldova
and a Degree from the State Academy on Public Administration.
Prior to his appointment as Director of ANRCETI, Mr. Sitnic worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1989-2001), Department
of Information Technology (2001-2005) as deputy director and Ministry of Information Development, as director of the General
Division on Information Society Development (2005-2008). In the period of activity Mr. Sitnic significantly contributed to
the elaboration of legislation on Information Society and “E-Moldova” strategy and the development of the Information Society
in Moldova.

Cabinets and becoming a director in 2004, he is working now as the Head of the private office of the Luxemburgish Commissioner
Viviane Reding responsible for Information Society and Media.

of Telefonica O2 Slovakia since February 2008.
