CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
For all cancellations made before July 31, 2008, the entire registration amount will be reimbursed. This includes application handling charges.
For all cancellations made between August 1st 2008 and September 10, 2008, an application handling charge of 10% will be withheld from the registration amount.
After September 10, 2008, the registration amount will remain due in its entirety
Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or fax
SUBSTITUTION OF DELEGATES
Substitution of delegates is permitted at anytime.

Upper Side reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program. Every effort will be made to keep presentations and speakers
as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or a speaker.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONFERENCE
Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizer.
