Scott Salmon

Prepaid Products Group, Visa Inc

Scott Salmon is responsible for Visa’s Global Market Development Group in the Prepaid Products Division at Visa Inc.  His present role gives him an excellent overview of the prepaid landscape and Visa’s prepaid activities globally.

Since joining Visa in 1994, Scott played a pivotal role in developing Visa’s chip-based payment services, multi-function chip strategy, Visa’s emerging delivery channel initiatives and most recently, in defining Visa’s prepaid strategy and developing Visa’s prepaid business globally. 

Scott brings to his responsibilities extensive financial services experience, with over 25 years in strategic planning, product development and product management for some of the worlds’ largest financial institutions. 

Scott is a graduate of Williams College in Williamstown Massachusetts in international relations and political philosophy.

Tony Craddock is the CEO and Founder of Giftex Prepay, the world’s only independent provider of intelligence in gift and prepay cards.

Tony holds a Management Science Degree from UMIST, UK, and is known for helping companies across Europe to make more money from customers. These have included banks, mobile telcos, pre-paid card distributors, media companies and retailers.

Tony's experience has embraced customer magazines, direct marketing, customer loyalty, and customer relationship management. Giftex Prepay is his fifth business.

Tony has had over five years of experience in the gift and prepay industry. He is chairman of the judges of the Prepaid Awards. He is also Global Chairman of the Giftex Prepay Network, an organisation that enhances its Members’ performance in prepaid through intelligence, connections and guidance.
