Cancellation terms:
Receipt of a signed booking form, or online registration, constitutes an agreement to make payment as set-out above, and cancellation terms apply. Full refunds, less 15%, are available on all cancellations received in writing (letter, email or fax) 28 days before the Summit start date. After this date, no refunds will be given. However, if cancellation is made more than 7 days before the Summit then the amount invoiced less 15% may be used as a credit towards a future IMS Conference. Delegate fees will not be refunded in the event or threat of war, terrorism or circumstances outside of the control of the organizers.
