Abstract
The Automotive and Transportation Technology (A&T) Alert is Technical
Insights' new technology research subscription, which builds upon our
traditional competencies in automotive and transportation technology and
market research. This is a global subscription with content focused on the
North American, European, and Asia-Pacific regions. On a monthly basis, A&T
reports on the latest advances across a range of transportation sectors and
presents a strategic opportunity to gain insights into critical developments
in this area. A&T' s mission is to report and analyze new and emerging
transportation and logistics technologies; track corporate initiatives;
highlight technical trends in maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO)
operations; provide updates on advances in sensors, nanotechnology, and
advanced materials as they apply to the transportation field; identify R&D
initiatives/small business spending; and evaluate technology transfer, and
legislative, policy, and trade issues, among other topics. The Alert will also
identify key contractors--those in the forefront of technology development and
commercialization--and will periodically publish pertinent end user
intelligence.
