Statoil branded sites, owned by StatoilHydro, sell the highest volume of fuel, with a 32% market share.The 40 unmanned Jet branded sites in the country, which were owned by StatoilHydro but have since been acquired by Station1, have the highest average throughput in the country at 4.16 million litres.

Shops are present at almost all of Esso' s network of 310 service stations, the largest proportion of shops of all fuel networks in Norway. The vast majority of these are open 24 hours a day and the average shop size is 110sqm. In addition, the company operates 45 On the Run shops that offer fresh food and a seating area.

YX Energi offers a MasterCard to private customers. Cardholders receive up to NOK0.40 discount per litre on fuel and NOK0.15 per litre discount on kerosene and heating oil at YX Energi and Uno-X branded stations in Norway. Customers also receive a free car wash for every fifth wash purchased with the card. YX Energi also offers a loyalty card.
