Abstract
This study analyzes the market for traditional and emerging consumer voice
services in Canada and forecasts the demand and revenues for local and long
distance voice services market from 2003 to 2013. The study identifies the
demand drivers and restraints for residential voice services along with the
key challenges faced by various stakeholders in the market. Key competitive,
consumer and market trends are presented along with strategic recommendations
for successfully competing in the voice services market.
