Video Servers can be defined as software and hardware solutions that enable
storage and distribution of video. This study focuses on video servers in
cable, telco and broadcast markets. Government mandates, on-demand and
interactive services, special events such as sports and the triple play
strategy adopted by service providers are going to drive market growth. In
this study Frost & Sullivan evaluates the current state of the World video
server market and factors that will attribute to its growth in the future.
Apart from market drivers and restraints, the study also includes challenges
being faced by the industry, revenue forecasts, and the demand for video
