Abstract
This IDC Vendor Profile is part of a series of
profiles and market analysis studies undertaken by the AP IT
Services team to analyze and critique the PS market in
the APEJ region. The basis of initiating this report series
was respondent feedback from IDC AP' s annual end-user survey team
(Asia/Pacific IT and Managed Services Survey, 2008) carried out by
the Asia/Pacific services team. In this survey, respondents assigned a
higher overall rating to telecom SPs as compared with their
IT SP counterparts (global and local, respectively) on the following
parameters:
- Quality of services (QoS)
- Breadth of offerings
- Depth of expertise
- Value
