Abstract
This IDC Buyer Case Study reviews how an F500 insurance
company leveraged an offshore testing service provider to drive toward
both strategic and tactical quality improvements across its software development
life cycle, from requirements definition and validation through the design
and execution phases of testing. This Buyer Case Study highlights
organizational challenges how Wipro Technologies, as an independent service
provider, was engaged; lessons learned; and best practices applied through
the course of contract engagement.
