Abstract
This study looks at a subsegment of managed network services
— managed IP PBX services — in Western Europe. In
line with the booming managed network services market, the managed
IP PBX services market is expected to grow rapidly over
the next five years.
"The market for managed IP PBX services
will be driven by the rapidly evolving platforms, applications, and
new versions that the IP PBX vendors introduce to the
market. The increased complexity of the platforms, applications, and new
versions will exceed the in-house expertise of most businesses, resulting
in increasing demand for managed IP PBX services," said Roosmarijn
