Abstract
This IDC study examines the market for document solutions that
leverage MFPs and other hardware for SMBs, workgroups, and departments.
This study discusses the market in 2008 and provides projections
for the United States and worldwide for 2009–2014.

document solutions continues to grow at a healthy rate of
6% worldwide and 6.4% in the United States despite the
pressure of the worldwide recession," said Michael Orasin, IDC' s research
manager for Document Solutions.
