in the Czech IT services market in 2008. The study

are also provided.
This IDC study presents the top 100 IT
services providers in the Czech Republic, including their market shares
based on their respective performances in 2008.
Furthermore, it examines in
great detail the performance of the top 10 IT services
providers in the Czech republic. The study further presents these

in 2008 and to illustrate the changes in position that
are likely to occur over the forecast period. The study
contains market size and shares for the top 10 services
vendors by IDC' s 13 foundation market categories.
The study answers the
following questions:
- Who are the top 100 IT service providers on
the market?
- Who are the top 10 providers for each of
IDC' s 13 services categories?
- What do end users have to say
about their experiences with third-party IT services providers?
"The leading vendors
in the Czech IT services market possess three key elements
for future success: 1) long-term guaranteed contracts, 2) portfolios including
services forecast to grow robustly over the forecast period, and
3) a presence in the vertical markets likely to dominate
ITS spending over the forecast period," Research Director Vladimir
