Abstract
This IDC study, which is a translation of the Japanese
report IDC #J9170102, compiles the trends of the Japan document
solution market and provides a market forecast from 2009 to
2013.
"Although the Japan document solution market will maintain stable demand
thanks to the growing needs among users to improve the
efficiency of document-related work and to fulfill compliance requirements, the
hardcopy peripherals (HCP) hardware and expendable/maintenance markets will suffer major
decline, and vendors thus need to expand their service menus,"
