Abstract
This IDC study (which is a translation of the Japanese report IDC #J6090103)
analyzes the CRM solution market in Japan in 2005 and presents the forecast
from 2006 to 2010. The CRM solution market in Japan marked year-on-year growth
of 4.4% in 2005 to total 419 billion yen. The market is expected to have a CAGR
of 4.3% from 2005 to 2010 and to reach 517.8 billion yen in 2010.
"CRM solution vendors should strive to provide solutions with focus on
customer-oriented processes as well as focus on the use of architecture to
facilitate customization, support to clarify the purpose of CRM implementation,
strengthening analytical CRM and active proposals on mobile use in CRM,"
observes Rinako Suzuki, research analyst, Software, IDC Japan.
