Abstract

This IDC study provides survey data and analysis based on IDC' s 2007 Storage Professional Services Survey. According to Doug Chandler, research director for Infrastructure Services at IDC, "Customers indicate that they will increase their spending on storage professional services in the foreseeable future in response to pressures they feel about managing their storage environments more effectively."
