This IDC study incorporates the latest assumptions about the economic and
technological factors influencing the Australia IT services market. The IT
services space in Australia is experiencing a range of market dynamics
including maturing sourcing strategies, broadening delivery models, a more
diverse mix of competitors, and a plethora of constantly evolving technologies.
These are significantly altering the landscape for market participants,
resulting in the current environment of rapidly evolving service portfolios,
delivery models, and go-to-market strategies.

remains buoyant. End-user organisations today are addressing a range of
business issues that are expected to underpin the IT services market' s growth
