Abstract
This IDC Study takes note of the Middle East' s increasingly mature and
competitive telecommunications market and proposes enterprise mobility services
as one route to increased ARPU and customer loyalty. The Essential Guidance
section provides a series of decision points to use in constructing or
fine-tuning an enterprise mobility strategy and a series of suggested actions
based on different carrier strengths.
