This IDC study contains our worldwide VoIP support services forecast for
2008-2012. It also contains the results from a survey of North American
enterprises.
"IDC believes that the market for support services for VoIP will continue to
show strong growth over the coming years as the technology becomes more
universal," states Matt Healey, a research manager for the Hardware and
Software Support Services program. "Further, as unified communications becomes
more prevalent, vendors will need to focus on integrating IP PBX support
services with support services for a broader suite of applications."
