European WAN Manager Survey 2007: European Attitudes Towards Unified Communications and VoIP Infrastructure

Abstract

This IDC study shows the results of the European WAN Manager Survey 2007. "The number of respondents reported to have already converged or who are in some stage of the convergence process (55%) and the ones who expect to be in some stage of the process in the next 12 months (68%) both increased compared to last year. Denmark and Spain reported the best attitude towards UC and VoIP, in terms of current adoption as well as expectations to adopt in the future," said Roosmarijn Cornelissen, research analyst, European Network Life-cycle Services.
