Abstract
In this IDC study, we discuss that China ebanking solution market also
developed fast, taking advantage of this opportunity, with the rapid
development of China ICT market. In 2007, China Internet banking increased by
25.4% from the previous year, telephone banking/call center market by 23.1%,
and mobile banking by 19.3%. IDC predicted that online bank, telephone, and
mobile phone markets from 2008 to 2012 would increase rapidly with respective
compound annual growth rates (CAGRs) of 23.1%, 21.2%, and 24.9%.

Vertical Industry, says "various solution provider (especially the solution
providers in various Internet banking and mobile banking) should increase the
inputs in secure research and development (R&D) and break the bottleneck as
soon as possible to promote the high-speed development of ebanking market. At
the same time, with the gradual maturation of ebanking technologies, solution
providers should not only help banks select suitable platforms to construct
ebanking system but also increase business consulting service and make full use
of their mastery of the characteristics of ebanking technologies, helping banks
to seek the orientation of future development."
