Abstract
This IDC study provides the worldwide market forecast for flatbed
scanners for 2009–2013. To enhance the reader' s understanding of the
impact of 2009 shipments, the data points are compared with
forecast shipments that were anticipated by IDC in 2008. The
following questions are answered:
- How did 2008 scanner shipments change compared
with the same period in the 2007 forecast?
- How quickly will
flatbed scanner shipments decline in the United States during the
forecast period?
