of the China CRM (exCC) application market and a forecast
for the next five years. It also includes the competitive
landscape and market opportunities analyses.
Definitely, the CRM (exCC) applications market
is a huge potential market in China, despite the adverse
impact by the global economic crisis. However, from IDC' s point
of view, it will still be full of opportunities in
the near future.
Describing the developing road map of China CRM
