Abstract
This report presents volume and value of Taiwanese digital terrestrial STB
decoder chipset market; also provides ASP, ASP by solution, market volume by
solution, and market volume share by solution provider. The content of this
report is based on primary data obtained through interviews with digital
satellite STB decoder chipset providers. This report finds that the Taiwanese
digital terrestrial STB decoder chipset market merely saw slight growth in
market volume and value in the fourth quarter of 2008. Furthermore, it is
forecasted that market volume will see substantial declines in the first half
of 2009.
