Abstract
The research is devoted to analysis of market of glass fiber plastics and
products from them in Russia to provide promotional support for the producers.
The research includes 9 Chapters, volume of the report - 79 pages, the text is
illustrated by 18 Tables and 23 Figures.
Chapters 1-2 briefly describe properties of glass fiber plastics and
technology of manufacturing products from them.
The information on resources provision of glass fiber plastic products
manufacture, given in Chapter 3, evidences that in future the industry may
face hindering factors.
Chapters 4 and 5 compose core part of the research. Besides characteristics of
the sector as a whole, the Chapter gives detailed information on the main
company-producers. Special attention is paid to analysis of productive
capacities of the plants, dynamics and standing of their economic data and
description of range of their products with quality analysis.
The 6 Chapter gives detailed analysis of foreign trade operations in products
from glass fiber plastics for industrial end-uses, shows dynamics of imports
and exports by distinct kinds of the products.
Chapters 7 and 8 describe practice of application of products from glass fiber
plastics, present prospects of development of the main end-uses and estimate
capacity of the Russian market.
Summarized result of analysis of the presented materials is presented in
Chapter 9, which offers expert estimate of development of production and
import of glass fiber plastics and products from them in Russia up to 2012.
The main information sources of the report were data of companies, involved in
the market activity. In combination with data of Federal Service of State
Statistics (FSSS or Rosstat) and Federal Customs Service (FCS) of Russia, they
allowed to estimate both situation in the sector as a whole and standing of
individual enterprises. As the sector activity is influenced not only by
properly economic factors, but also by many other issues,
«InfoMine» experts implemented analysis of regional mass-media
materials.
