This report is the first China AC & DC motor drives study IMS Research has
published. Previous motor drive reports have been published by IMS Research on
all three major global economic regions, specifically the Americas, Europe
Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific. Although the Asia Pacific
volume included a by country analysis, a more in-depth study on China was
needed as a result of heightened interest in this market due to the country's
emergent motor drives industry. This report represents a detailed and thorough

suppliers to the Chinese market, and provides an accurate overall picture of
