Abstract
The European market for spinal implants includes sales of traditional
thoracolumbar and cervical fusion devices, interbody devices (IBDs),
interspinous process decompression (IPD) devices, pedicle screw-based dynamic
stabilization (PSDBS) systems, cervical artificial discs (CADs), lumbar
artificial discs (LADs), nuclear disc prostheses (NDPs), annulus repair (AR)
devices, and facet arthroplasty (FA) devices. Through 2013, revenues in
France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK will be hindered by limited average
selling price (ASP) growth.
