Evaluation of the independence of NRAs - an update

The current reform of the European telecoms framework involves looking into increasing national regulatory authority (NRA) independence from both political powers and industry influences. This report is an update of a previously published report on NRA independence, and investigates whether NRAs within and outside the EU are effectively independent and transparent in their functions and actions.
