INTRODUCTION

METHODOLOGY

existing equipment sales and proposed sales during the forecast period.
Consumables used in competitive processes, such as replacement membranes,
resins, etc., were also taken into account. Values are given in U.S. dollars;
forecasts are made in constant U.S. dollars, and average annual growth rates
are compounded.
Market size estimates are based on estimated ozone generator sales and
predicted sales. Calculations do not include auxiliary gas contacting or
