Abstract
This report is a forecast update to the April 2006 report, "USB 2006: Here
Comes Wireless". It contains updates to all forecasts in that report, but does
not update the analyses in that report.
This report tracks the penetration of low/full-speed, high-speed, and Wireless
USB into 41 different applications in the PC, PC peripheral, CE, and
Communications segments. For each application, there is an annual forecast for
all types of USB penetration out to 2010, as well as USB penetration history
back to 2003. Annual forecasts for USB discrete chip ASPs are also provided.
