Abstract
The report offers a comprehensive picture of the US market for kitchen and
bathroom cabinets and countertops, providing data on consumption, imports and
exports, as well as data on the supply structure, distribution channels,
reference prices and company data of the top 50 major manufacturers in the US.
As far as the products are concerned, the report provides a kitchen cabinets
breakdown by type (custom, semicustom, stock) as well as by wood species and
style (wood/traditional, laminated/modern) and by countertop material. An
analysis on the sales of major appliances and their reference prices by
product type and brand is also included in the report.
One section is entirely dedicated to the distribution channels of kitchen and
bathroom furniture, with an accent on reference prices of countertops and
appliances by market segment and of kitchen furniture cabinets for selected
manufacturers.
As for the driving forces for demand, there is an analysis on the breakdown of
US demand for kitchen furniture by building activity, population and revenues
by selected states, life style.
