spending, Datamonitor has completed a major end-user survey examining business
outlook, and future IT uptake amongst the world's leading 100 manufacturers.
Scope
- This report involved a major end-user survey comprised of 100 global
manufacturers. The interviewees included C-Level execs, CIOs and IT managers.
- It covered 3 geographical regions including North America, Europe and
Asia-Pacific. This included batch, discrete and process manufacturers.
Report Highlights
Manufacturers are starting to see that their individual performance isn't the
sole contributor to their success in the market. Companies are realising that
partners play a critical role in bringing products to market. Areas such as
supply chain planning are now becoming central themes as businesses look to
work closer with partners.
