Report Highlights
Product development initiatives reported during the quarter focused heavily on
alternative investments and indices, with some activity also related to the
development of mutual funds and wealth managers' portfolio management
capability.
Among alternative asset classes, several wealth managers focused on developing
their capital protected and structured product ranges.
Customer targeting efforts during the quarter focused on building HNW client
bases by offering enhanced unified managed accounts (Bank of America and
Morgan Stanley) and integrated services (Citibank Malysia' s Citigold Global
Access, offering a range of preferential and free services).
