This Energy Insights report summarizes the results of the Utility IT Budget
Survey for 2006-2007. The document also includes some analysis of the results
at a strategic level.
According to Karen Blackmore, program director of Energy Insights, "The Utility
IT Budget Survey results provide chief information officers (CIOs) and their
