Abstract
This study examines the various market and competitive trends impacting the
U.S. small business telecom service and solution markets. This includes an
overview of various market drivers stimulating small enterprise spending on
telecom products and services. From an end user' s perspective, this research
also highlights the various operational and technology adoption challenges
faced by small enterprises. Finally, the study offers a perspective on what
marketing and sales strategies and tools vendors and service providers most
effective in targeting the small business market.
