Abstract
This study provides detailed, in-depth analysis of the European Small and
Mini-Unmanned Aerial Systems (S/MUAS) market over the next ten years,
2007-2016. It includes forecasts for value and potential growth of the total
market, for individual countries in the primary markets, and for the various
clusters which characterise the rest of the European market. Particular focus
is on the segmentation of the respective markets and the opportunities offered
by each cluster, which vary widely across the region. The study also examines
the market in the context of the wider UAS community (Tactical, HALE, etc.),
as well as trends in both emerging technologies and markets, eg. the potential
for expansion into civilian applications.
