The research service provides an update to the four-region studies on
telepresence published in May 2007, examining the progress made by the key
industry players during 2007, including vendors and their service provider
partners. The major market metrics of deployment numbers and revenues are
assessed and forecast provided to 2014. An analysis of the competitive
landscape is offered, together with a review of alternative technologies that
may impact on the opportunities for telepresence in the future.
