Abstract
There are two main thrusts in the market place currently shaping up the market
and architecture preferences: improvement of the copper to handle triple play
via DSL and adoption of Fiber to the Home (FTTH). Vendors, of course, have
upgraded the product offering to support DSL retrofitting. The upcoming study
estimates for the base year and for the forecast period DSL, Ethernet, and PON
revenues and port shipments for IPTV services.
