Abstract
A comprehensive analysis of the worldwide markets for printed circuit board
(PCB) automatic test equipment (ATE). The automatic test equipment (ATE)
market has, over the years, evolved very rapidly to meet the demands of the
end users. During the process of this evolution, the test equipment has
improved considerably in performance, as has the range of applications and
industrial uses being catered to. Use of ATE covers almost all the
manufacturing areas in existence today. This research service focuses on the
ATE used by the electronic industries, with four segments being covered -
in-circuit ATE, functional ATE, boundary scan ATE and MDA ATE.
