Abstract
This Health Industry Insights report provides a macrolevel assessment of
healthcare payer business intelligence pain points, strategies, investment, and
the new emerging technology investment and management models expected though
2010. The report is based on qualitative surveys with healthcare payers during
the third quarter of 2007.

healthcare payer commercial competitive environment, around new product and
