Abstract
This IDC study looks at the Australian small and medium-sized business (SMB)
market's demand for printers and identifies areas for vendors to consider when
focusing their marketing efforts on their products.
"Vendors that can offer comparative information against similar machines can
help their cause by making decisions easier for SMBs. Furthermore, educating
them about the functions that can be applied to a printer or multifunctional
device to help ease or assist business processes is in the best interest of
