Abstract

This IDC study examines the extent of Internet Protocol (IP) service adoption by medium-sized and large enterprises across the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) region, or APEJ. IDC surveyed enterprises in 11 Asia/Pacific countries across six vertical markets to assess their usage and future needs of IP technologies and services. This document focuses on vertical markets.

"Enterprises across the APEJ region are moving steadily into newer services and technologies and the use of more advanced applications over their communications networks," said Tim Crowley, research manager, IP Services, IDC Asia/Pacific.
