Abstract
This IDC study, Czech Storage 2006-2010 Forecast and 2005 Vendor Shares,
provides detailed analysis, conclusions, and forecasts regarding the dynamics
of disk storage market in the Czech Republic. The information in this study is
intended to provide an understanding of the changes and opportunities facing
the storage industry in these emerging markets. Our 2005 figures and analysis
are based on information gathered from interviews with the leading IT companies
(vendors, distributors, assemblers, system integrators, value-added resellers)
in the markets.
"More advanced storage solutions are increasingly being viewed as important in
the Czech Republic, as the amount of data that companies need to store
continues to grow at a fast pace. The strong economic climate has also provided
a solid grounding for further investment into storage systems especially in the

Vendors have to continue to strengthen channel relationships in an effort to be
