This IDC Presentation was delivered to dealers in the hardcopy/document
solutions market in July 2006. It covers the customer climate around the
hardcopy/document solutions market, copier dealer/IT reseller perspectives on
that market, and a comparison of the business models of copier dealers and IT
resellers. It is based on two 2006 surveys of corporate buyers/influencers, and
copier dealers/IT resellers.
