Abstract
This IDC study lists and evaluates the progress made by telcos in the managed
services industry in the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) or APEJ region. This
study also makes recommendations as to how telcos should best position
themselves in this fast-changing market.
"Telcos have taken giant steps in positioning themselves as information and
communication technology (ICT) managed services players. From making
acquisitions to developing new solutions, the fundamentals have been set up;
all is required now is execution," says Adrian Dominic Ho, research manager,
