This IDC study aims to reflect our continuous collection and interpretation of
information on the outsourcing services market in Australia, with this
particular report focusing on the security issues and challenges organisations
are facing.
"Though Australia organisations have a sense of how likely various threats may
occur, they are not as adept at identifying the impact of those threats. To
accelerate the adoption of security solutions, therefore, vendors need to
continue to educate the market on the business impact of security threats and
help improve their understanding of risk within outsourced environments," says
